 The Real Estate Negotiation Expert (RENE) certification is for real estate professionals who want to sharpen their negotiation skills. The RENE certification program gives REALTORS® the tips and tools they need to be skillful advocates for their clients. You need someone who can negotiate on your behalf with all the skills, knowledge and have the ability to think outside the box. 

ZERO transaction fees are charged when working with me and Armor Realty. You will not be surprised by fees at closing and this is another example of how you are not just a transaction or deal to me.

Along with professional photos, I use a 360 camera to turn pictures into a 360 tours and floor plans for those who are not able to see in person. They won't miss a thing.  

Drone footage is also an amazing way to promote the home in all its glory. Especially if the beautiful home sits on an equally beautiful property.

Staging isn't something all agents/ licensees do. But this is a service that I can incorporate into your selling process. 

Staging a home can increase a home's selling price and the likelihood that it will sell quickly as it helps prospective buyers better imagine how they can use the livable space.

I also consider Mini-Staging options as well. It is amazing what just a few plants, candles, and decor can do for a vacant home. We can add just a splash of hominess into a vacant property.

Hosting Open Houses can make the difference in selling your home quickly or over a long period of time. Our Open Houses will be marketed via the MLS, paid marketing, social media, mail-outs with market activity updates, neighborhood mail outs, and shared with the 50 other agents within my Brokerage which allows us to bring buyers before even hosting the open house.
