Buyers Interview with Upfront Transparency + Expectations

I will sit down with you and I’ll show you how to save time and money. You’ll learn about the process from “A” to “Z.”

From my first time home buyers to my most experiences buyers, I will walk us through the process to advise, guide, and educate to the best of my abilities.  

As a past Project Manager, I understand how important planning, organization and understanding expectations are keys to success.

I want to ensure your wants and needs are heard, your concerns are addressed, and that you leave backed with the confidence that you are in the hands of a hardworking, dedicated, and passionate Realtor.

Paperwork + Document Sharing

You'll learn what type of loan is best for you and why. Understanding the types of loans, connection to multiple lender options (by request), and working closely with your lender to ensure all your financing needs are taken care of.

I work with local lenders as well which can assist you in buying your next home, investment property, vacation home, land, lots and/or commercial real estate.

I will provide my buyers with a Buyers Guide booklet I created to include the overall process, timeframes, next steps, important numbers and information. I also will handle all of the paperwork for you as my client and be the connection to the other agent. 

Property Showings

I will remain on alert for homes that are on the market, coming on the market, back on the market and more using the realtor exclusive Multiple LIsting Services (MLS) to ensure you are updated as soon as it is LIVE.

I will schedule showings to accommodate your schedule as well as confirm any accommodations are addressed to best of my ability.

Negotiations

Negotiations are apart of the process that can change an offer to a contract or we begin the process over.  No every home is the right home and I promise to make sure when you find the one you want, I will strongly present and negotiate on your behalf. I will work to protect your interests, wants and needs.

Home Inspections, Appraisals and Surveys

We will discuss and determine the appropriate inspections to order and I will check to see what inspections can be done with each particular property. Once you decide on the inspectors, I will schedule the inspections in a timely manner and be on-site for inspections. If any repairs are needed, I will assist you with negotiating these repairs with the seller(s). I will ensure the lender is informed of order the appraisals as well as order the survey. 

I will make sure you have at least 3 options for each vendor if you need options. Working as a local Realtor, you get to build relationships with some really great local companies. 

CLOSING

CLOSING

If repairs are made, I will walk through to home to make sure the work has been completed and then 24 hours from signing the final paperwork, we will  conduct a final walk through to confirm the house. is ready, repaired and as executed in the contract. 


I will work with the lender, title company and all entities to ensure all is set for closing and you are completely satisfied. You will walk away keys in your hand, and a lifelong friendship with me, your Realtor®.
